What kinds of disputes are not arbitrable?
According to Articles 3 and 77 of the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China, the following disputes are not arbitrable: 1. Disputes over marriage, adoption, guardianship, custody, inheritance; 2. Administrative disputes that shall be handled by administrative organs in accordance with the law; 3. Labor disputes; 4. Agricultural contract disputes within agricultural collective economic organizations.
