After the arbitration committee has made a decision on the validity of the arbitration agreement, the parties can then apply to the People's Court to confirm the validity of the arbitration agreement or apply to set aside the arbitration committee
仲裁委员会对仲裁协议的效力作出决定后，当事人无权再向人民法院申请确认仲裁协议效力或者申请撤销仲裁委员会作出的确认仲裁协议效力的决定，对此类仲裁案件人民法院不予受理；已经受理的，裁定驳回。
